Meditation
Our consciousness can be enhanced or compromised by the contents of our mental space. Just as when one walks through a cluttered room and is obstructed by ill-set items on the floor, so does a cluttered mind breed anxiety. Just as memories are stored in our subconscious mind, so is our trauma. Unchecked anxiety can cause depression, anger, and mental fog in addition to the problems that stress causes in the rest of the body.
The meditation I guide incorporates elements of immersive storytelling, mindfulness meditation, progressive meditation, focused meditation, and coherent meditation. The effect is an experience that temporarily removes you from your identity and takes you on an otherworldly journey which stimulates your imagination while removing your stress by clearing the clutter from your mind. By combining the most powerful elements of various types of meditation, I will teach you to optimize your focus, resolve, and creativity.
